Who operates MossImage

MossImage at mossimage.app is operated by SpringWang. MossImage is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with the OpenMOSS team, OpenAI or any other model maker. Contact support@mossimage.app for questions about these terms.

The service

MossImage creates and edits images with AI models. You can describe an image, or upload a picture, mark areas on it and write what to change. Every version shows the model that made it. Today, MossImage runs two models: GPT Image 2.5, for generations and edits, through APIMart; and MOSS-Image (the SFT version), for generations, through fal.

The MOSS-Image section of our home page also embeds the free official demo, which OpenMOSS hosts on Hugging Face. Nothing you type into that demo is sent to MossImage. When you use the demo, Hugging Face's and OpenMOSS's terms apply.

AI results vary. They may not match your instructions, keep every detail of a product, or render text exactly. With "Lock outside boxes" on, pixels outside your boxes are copied from the original. Inside a box, the model redraws freely. Check each result before you use it.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to buy credits or subscribe. Keep your account secure and give accurate information. One person may not use several accounts to collect extra welcome credits.

Acceptable use

Upload only images you own or have permission to use, including permission from anyone pictured. Do not use MossImage to create or edit:

• sexual or nude content, or any content that sexualizes minors;
• graphic violence, or content that promotes self-harm, terrorism or hate;
• misleading images of real people, or images meant to deceive, defraud, harass or impersonate;
• counterfeit products, or listings that misuse someone else's brand or trademark;
• anything else that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.

We review prompts, notes, uploads and results automatically, using SeeAPI and NVIDIA safety models, and may block a request or result that breaks these rules. Automated review can make mistakes. Contact us if you think a block was wrong. We may suspend accounts used for repeated or serious abuse.

Credits and payment

Each generation or edit costs credits. The cost depends on the model and output size and is shown before you submit. Credits are reserved when you submit and spent only when a finished, reviewed image is stored in your account. If a job fails, or its result is blocked by safety review, the reserved credits are returned. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

Prices, credit amounts and currency are shown before payment, and prices include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal.

Credit packs, subscriptions and welcome credits

• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Their credits do not expire.
• Monthly subscriptions renew each month. Each month's credits expire at the end of that paid month and do not roll over.
• Yearly subscriptions charge the full yearly price up front. Credits are delivered in 12 monthly portions. Each portion expires at the end of its month.
• Welcome credits are granted once per account after you verify your email address. They do not expire.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel future renewals at any time in Billing. Cancelling does not remove credits you have already paid for. They stay usable until they expire. See our Refund Policy for cash refunds.

Your content

You keep your rights in the images you upload. You allow us and our service providers to process them only as needed to provide the service, run safety checks, and handle fraud, payment and support issues. We do not publish your uploads or results, and we do not use them to train AI models.

You are responsible for having the rights needed to use and share what you create. AI output may not be unique, and it may not be protected by copyright in your country. The model makers' usage policies also apply to their output.

Storage and availability

Uploaded images are kept for 30 days. Generated results stay in your account until you ask us to delete them or your account is closed. Download anything you want to keep. Generation speed and availability depend on our model providers. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular result.

Liability

MossImage is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by how you use generated images. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and significant changes take effect when posted. For billing, account, content or privacy questions, email support@mossimage.app from your account email. Include an order or image reference if you have one, and never send passwords or card details. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law where you live.
